The firm is led by Shameena Hooker, a future Certified Public Accountant with a formal background in  accounting and a proven track record in taxation, financial services, and organizational development. Her  approach is rooted in structure, discipline, and results. She has successfully built and scaled a tax operation,  developed a team of preparers, and implemented systems that allow individuals with little to no prior  experience to enter the industry and produce income with confidence and compliance.  

 

Recognizing a gap between information and execution within the financial services space, Shameena  established Sincere Financial University as an extension of the firm’s mission. The university serves as a structured environment that develops individuals into professionals capable of operating, scaling, and  leading in the industry. The curriculum is designed to move participants through progressive levels of growth,  ensuring that each stage builds upon the last with clarity and intention.
